Through our relationship with the world, we come to recognize the loving and transcendent presence of our living God, who is revealed in all of creation. Attentive to God’s Spirit at work around us, we grow in awareness that every aspect of life can draw us closer to Him.

Spiritual direction invites us to deepen this awareness through prayer and faithful action, helping us grow in relationship with God and with one another. Rooted in the Church’s tradition, spiritual direction is a ministry of reverent listening, prayerful discernment, and compassionate presence.

The spiritual director accompanies the directee in Christ, listening together for the movements of the Holy Spirit and fostering greater openness and cooperation with God’s grace in every area of life.
